Management and Labour Studies (MLS) is the official publication of XLRI School of Business and Human Resources, Jamshedpur, published in collaboration with SAGE Publications.

XLRI, the oldest B-school in India, was founded in 1949 by a few visionary Jesuit Fathers to bring a change in the economy and society at large. We were the first among management schools in India to internationalise our academic programmes.
