The journal mainly reports unpublished state-of-the-art achievements and scientific advances in water-saving irrigation, economic benefits of water resources, irrigation technology and equipment, soil and water resources and water environment, and agricultural water conservancy engineering, etc. Manuscripts should be innovative, scientific and readable, and comply with physical quantities, legal units of measurement, and internationally recognized standard of figures and formats. In addition, reviews should embody the authors' unique opinions and viewpoints. The length of articles should not be less than four pages.
