Acta Agriculturae Slovenica Aim and Scope

Acta agriculturae Slovenica is an open-access peer-review scientific journal published quarterly by the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. The Journal accepts original scientific articles, short communications, book reviews, and letters to the editor from the fields of plant and animal production. It is governed by an Editorial Team in cooperation with the International Editorial Board.

Journal Acta Agriculturae Slovenica was launched in 2004 by merging two journals. It is a continuation of the former Research Reports of the Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana—Agriculture and Research Reports of the Biotechnical Faculty, University of Ljubljana—Agriculture. Zootechny. These two journals have been continuously issued at the Biotechnical Faculty since 1957.

Until 2021, the journal was published every year in two volumes; in print (ISSN 1581-9175) and online (eISSN 1854-1941). Acta Agriculturae Slovenica is now published only as an online journal with four issues per year in one common volume.
