A e C - Revista de Direito Administrativo e Constitucional (AeC-RdDAeC) is a scholarly journal dedicated to publishing research in the field of Social Sciences, and Published by Instituto de Direito Romeu Felipe Bacellar. A&C – Revista de Direito Administrativo e Constitucional (A  &C Administrative and Constitutional Law Journal ) is a quarterly scientific journal, promoted by the  Romeu Felipe Bacellar Law Institute  with the support of the  Paranaense Institute of Administrative Law – IPDA . It was founded in 1999, its first 10 issues were published by Juruá Editora, and since issue 11 to the present day it has been edited and published by  Editora Fórum , both in print and digital versions, based at BID – Biblioteca Digital Fórum. Its main objective is to disseminate research on current topics in the areas of Administrative and Constitutional Law, aimed at undergraduate and graduate legal researchers and professionals in Public Law.

The editorial line of  A&C – Revista de Direito Administrativo & Constitucional, established by its Editorial Board composed of renowned Brazilian and foreign jurists, is focused on research developed in the area of ​​Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, with a focus on the issue of the effectiveness of its institutes not only in Brazil but also in comparative law, emphasizing the field of intersection between Public Administration and the Constitution and the critical analysis of innovations in the area of ​​Public Law, notably in Latin America and European countries with a Latin culture.
