Acta Sedimentologica Sinica Aim and Scope
Journal of Sedimentology" was founded in 1983 and is jointly sponsored by the Northwest Institute of Eco-Environment and Resources of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Sedimentology Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Mineralogy, Petrochemistry and Geochemistry, and the Sedimentary Geology Professional Committee of the Geological Society of China. Mainly report the innovative research results and high-level papers of basic and applied basic research on sedimentology, sedimentary minerals, geochemistry, and related branches and interdisciplinary subjects, and introduce new technologies and theories of sedimentology research and the latest domestic and foreign treatises on sedimentology , and also report discussions and debates on academic activities, research trends and academic thoughts. The purpose of this journal is to promote the development of the discipline of sedimentology in my country, to promote the growth of talents in the field of sedimentology, and to carry out extensive academic exchanges.
