Acta Botanica Mexicana (ABM) is a scholarly journal dedicated to publishing research in the field of Agricultural and Biological Sciences, and Published by Institute of Ecology. The Print-ISSN to Acta Botanica Mexicana is 0187-7151 and its abbreviation is Acta Bot Mex.

Acta Botanica Mexicana publishes original and unpublished works in all areas of botany, including floristics, taxonomic revisions, taxa new to science, ecology, ethnobotany, paleontology, evolution, phylogenetic and phylogenomic studies, conservation, etc. It is aimed at Mexican and foreign botanists who provide information in these areas of knowledge, exclusively about plants and mushrooms native to the American continent.
