What is the Impact Factor?

Also known by the name of journal impact factor, it is all calculated by Clarivate, which means how many times a particular citation has been published in the past two years. Each of the journals has its importance in its field and this factor is used to calculate the same thing. The impact factor is derived by Eugene Garfield. The impact factor is listed in the Journal Citation Report.
